"Delivery was reliable enough"
I placed my order and, to be fair, the tracking came through quickly. The package actually kept moving the way it was supposed to, which is sadly more than I can say for some deliveries lately, so that was appreciated.

It arrived on the day I expected, everything was packed fine, and nothing was missing. i don’t have much to complain about here, which is nice for once. Delivery was straightforward, and yes, I’d use them again.

"Refund process felt unnecessarily slow"
I returned my item, but the whole process was more of a hassle than it should’ve been. The refund took way too long to come through, and judging by the tone of the updates I got, it didn’t really feel like there was much urgency on their end.

I was glad the lab reports were right there and easy to pull up. It made me feel a lot less unsure about ordering. companies should apologize when they make people dig for that kind of info, so I appreciated not having to chase it down.

I really wish they provided clearer shipping info. It’s frustrating not knowing when something is actually going to arrive or getting only vague updates. A little more detail would make the whole experience way easier

My order took a little longer than expected, but they did keep me in the loop. The replies weren’t super fast, and part of me wondered if they were just trying to buy time, but the updates were clear enough and I at least knew what was happening. Overall, it was a decent experience.

I was kind of surprised, but they actually had the stuff I was looking for in stock. A few other places were sold out, so it was nice not having to keep checking back or wait for restocks. The site was easy to use too, at least from what I could tell. Overall, I’m happy with how it went.

I stopped by after running a few errands the prices seemed fair for what you get. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just something decent without feeling like I overpaid, and that’s basically what it was. Not amazing, but definitely not bad overall.

"Seemed legit, shipping was alright"
I ordered from paradigmpeptides.com and the products seemed legit to me. Packaging was sealed up, labels looked like what I expected, and nothing felt weird or like it had been messed with.
Only knocking it down to 4 stars because shipping took a little longer than I figured it would, and the tracking was kinda slow to update too. But yeah overall the order was fine and I’d probly use them again.

I was just trying to look around, but the site is feeling clunky and not that easy to use. A few pages was taking longer to load, and I had to keep clicking around just to found basic info. The layout could be cleaner too, especially on my phone. It’s not the worst website I ever use, but it did get annoying enough that I almost gave up.
